You get what you pay for, and at JLH that means a quality report and exceptional service. Current inspection rates are determined by the age and square footage of the home, as follows:

• Up to 1,000 sq. ft. ......... $ 275.00
• 1,000-2,000 ................... $ 300.00
• 2,000-3,000 ................... $ 325.00
• 3,000-4,000 ................... $ 350.00
• 4,000 & over ..... $ 400.00 and up
• Sprinkler system ........ $ 25.00 extra
• In ground pool ........... $ 75.00 extra
• Radon testing available .... $ 135.00

Condominium Inspections: Interior inspections are avaiable for condominium buyers at reduced rates. This includes all areas normally examined, except the roof and exterior, which are generally the responsibility of the condominium association.

Homes built prior to 1930 will be an extra $25.00, as are homes that are outside our Metro Detroit inspection area (See Map Below).

Payment can be made by Check or Cash (payment by Credit Card coming soon).
